Kinesiology Skin Health

Skin health is closely related to gut health because what we eat can affect our skin. So during a treatment I will check the digestive system and related organs for balance.

A food allergy or  intolerance test is very useful in these treatments and often a change of diet and adding in a few supplements can help greatly.

Stress can also play a part in certain skin conditions so emotional wellbeing is assessed as well as the bodies stress response.

Kinesiology and Skin Health

The skin, our body's largest organ, often mirrors our internal health, reflecting imbalances and issues that might be lurking beneath the surface. Kinesiology, with its holistic approach to wellness, offers a unique perspective on skin health.

By utilising muscle testing techniques, kinesiology can identify internal imbalances, such as nutritional deficiencies or emotional stressors, that may manifest as skin issues like acne, eczema, or premature ageing.

Instead of merely addressing the external symptoms, kinesiology delves deeper, seeking the root cause of skin concerns. By pinpointing these underlying factors, individuals can receive tailored recommendations, from dietary changes to stress-relieving practices, that not only improve skin appearance but also enhance overall well-being.

Is Kinesiology Worth it for the Skin?

Kinesiology, with its holistic approach to health and well-being, has garnered attention for its potential benefits for skin health. It offers a comprehensive approach to skin health, emphasizing the interconnectedness of our internal health.

By identifying and addressing internal imbalances - whether they be nutritional, emotional, or energetic - kinesiology can lead to noticeable improvements in skin condition and overall skin health.

What to expect in a kinesiology skin health appointment?

When attending a kinesiology session with a focus on skin health, be prepared for a holistic exploration of factors that might be influencing your skin's condition.

The appointment typically begins with a thorough consultation, where I will ask about your skin concerns, history of skin issues, dietary habits, lifestyle, and any potential stressors.

This conversation sets the foundation for the muscle testing phase. As you relax, either seated or lying down, I will perform a series of muscle tests, applying gentle pressure to specific points on your body.

These tests aim to identify any imbalances or sensitivities that could be contributing to your skin issues. Based on the muscle responses and the initial consultation, I will interpret the findings and pinpoint potential internal triggers for your skin concerns.

You might receive recommendations ranging from dietary adjustments to relaxation techniques, but they will all be tailored to address the root causes of your skin's condition.

The session is non-invasive and typically pain-free, with the goal of providing insights into the deeper factors influencing your skin health and offering a holistic roadmap to clearer, healthier skin.

What our clients think

Like a lot of people these days I suffer from food intolerances - well, that was until last month!!
I visited Caoibhe and the results are amazing! One session and now all nightshade foods, tomatoes, white potatoes, peppers and aubergine cause no issues at all when eaten.   I am over the moon, I'm enjoying chilli, curry and spaghetti Bolognese and roast potatoes again!! Thank you Kinesni.

If you have allergies or food intolerances I would highly recommend visiting Kinesni.
