Gut Health with Kinesiology

“All Disease Begins in the Gut” – Hippocrates

While this might not be necessarily true all of the time, healing the gut with kinesiology can ease many conditions from the obvious digestive-related, IBS type symptoms to skin problems, chronic fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, diabetes and auto immune related conditions.

Many of my clients who come with gut-related issues feel the benefits of a treatment very quickly, even if they have been suffering from a condition for many years.

The food allergy or intolerance test is a quick and easy way to find trigger foods, and the balance of the whole digestive system is assessed within the diagnostic session.

The gut is really our second brain and holds the key to more energy, less sickness, better mental clarity and ultimately greater emotional well being. As a kinsiology practitioner I have a particular interest in the gut and its function, healing my own and paying attention to that of my children.

Food Allergy Testing with Kinesiology

Kinesiology allergy or intolerance testing offers a holistic and non-invasive approach to identify these sensitivities specifically related to the gut. By using muscle testing techniques, kinesiology can pinpoint specific allergens that may be affecting your digestive health.

This method goes beyond traditional allergy testing by considering the body's energy and physiological responses to potential irritants. Once triggers are identified, we can make informed dietary and lifestyle changes to alleviate symptoms and restore your gut harmony.

Kinesiology food allergy testing provides a comprehensive understanding of your gut health, paving the way for a more balanced and symptom-free life.

Kinesiology for Gut Health

Understanding the intricacies of our gut health is pivotal to overall well-being, given its profound impact on both physical and mental health. Kinesiology is a holistic approach that combines both Eastern and Western medicinal principles, offering a unique method to assess gut health.

Many individuals suffer from allergies and intolerances that can disrupt the gut's delicate balance. Through muscle testing, kinesiology can help identify imbalances within the body, including those related to the digestive system. By pinpointing specific sensitivities, intolerances, or other gut-related issues, it provides a tailored roadmap to address individual needs.

What to expect during a kinesiology gut health appointment

Embarking on a kinesiology session can be both exciting and a little daunting, especially if it's your first experience. Kinesiology, at its core, is a holistic approach that uses muscle testing to gauge the body's energy and identify imbalances.

When you attend a session, you can typically expect to start with a brief consultation where I will discuss your health history and any specific concerns you might have. As the session progresses, you'll be asked to lie down or sit comfortably while I perform various muscle tests.

These tests often involve applying gentle pressure to the body and gauging the muscle's response. It's a non-invasive and pain-free process. I will then interpret these responses to pinpoint any imbalances in the body, be they physical, nutritional, emotional, or energetic.

Based on the findings, I can offer recommendations ranging from dietary changes to relaxation techniques. The session aims to provide insights into your body's needs and empower you with tools to achieve better balance and well-being.

What our clients think

Like a lot of people these days I suffer from food intolerances - well, that was until last month!!
I visited Caoibhe and the results are amazing! One session and now all nightshade foods, tomatoes, white potatoes, peppers and aubergine cause no issues at all when eaten.   I am over the moon, I'm enjoying chilli, curry and spaghetti Bolognese and roast potatoes again!! Thank you Kinesni.

If you have allergies or food intolerances I would highly recommend visiting Kinesni.
