About Your Kinesiologist

After working in the charity sector for many years, Caoibhe retrained and qualified as a Systematic Kinesiologist in 2006, followed by EFT and Matrix reimprinting in 2008.  She is passionate about natural health, good nutrition and emotional well-being and continues to update and further her training in several fields.

 

"I advocate a good sensible approach to eating, taking preventive measures to avoid illness and keeping on top of stress.  We are all bombarded with so much confusing information and are constantly challenged with unhealthy choices."  

 

Caoibhe's aim is to help people navigate the way to making better choices and to understand more of what is actually going on in their bodies.

"Taking control of our health is key to overcoming ongoing issues and kinesiology can really help get people on the right path. I am a huge advocate of food being medicine and the right nutrition can make a masssive positve change in someone's life.  Gut health is an area I specailse in as there is more and more evidence out there now to suggest that it is key to not only our physical health but also our emotional well being."
